At Pico Family Chiropractic Center, we specialize in offering chiropractic care for moms-to-be. During the various stages of the pregnancy and labor, the woman’s spine is subjected to an large amount of stress. This causes the center of gravity to shift forward with the substantial weight that is gained during pregnancy. This adds stress to the spine of the expecting mother and will lead to headaches, lower back pain, insomnia, nausea and other symptoms that can interfere with the quality of the mother’s life.

Experienced, holistic birth, and postpartum doulas based in New York City. With their unique three member team approach, every client gets thrice the experience, attention and love. They believe in building deep relationships and offer their team based approach to do more for their clients. They offer three individual prenatal meetings, group classes, monthly in-person office hours and unlimited support via text during the prenatal period to help you prepare for your birth and postpartum. Their main goal is to make you feel safe during your labor. As moms themselves, their guidance and advice comes infused with a healthy dose of practicality.
They also strive to build community with the families they serve thru bi-weekly classes and monthly in-person office hour meet ups. They serve families in Manhattan, the Bronx, Westchester, and parts of Queens and New Jersey. They are all bilingual and proudly serve people in English or Español!
