Ella Hanover is a Brooklyn-based pediatric sleep specialist dedicated to establishing independent sleep skills to newborns, infants and toddlers. Every child can learn to sleep independently but it is our role as parents to give them the opportunity to develop this skill. At Ella Grace Sleep Solutions, we take pride in having a personalized and holistic approach to ensure we meet the needs of your family with the solutions that feel most comfortable to you.

Elia Wolberger is a NYC-based personal chef and meal prep coach at Feed Your Sister with over 7 years of experience. Elia helps busy hungry parents and professionals beat mealtime mania in order to build a modern meal prep habit that sticks so that they can save money, reduce food waste, get back time, and gain confidence in the kitchen all while having fun! Elia works with clients through various offers such as weekly in-home meal prep, her signature self-paced course Modern Meal Prep, 1:1 VIP Meal Prep Coaching, and her  monthly virtual co-cooking community called Prep & Party. Meal prep is the new fast food!
