Treatment Plan FAQ
A treatment plan will include goals and outline objectives your child will work on to achieve them. They will be centered on the underlying root cause of their speech or feeding difficulty. It will be organized and broken down to build naturally and increase their skills and confidence.
It will also include the recommended treatment frequency.
Objectives broken down to specific points with activities written out for home use. Unique materials to complete activities will be provided or recommended.
We will teach you how to interact with your child in a way that builds language skills at home.
For feeding we teach you therapeutic approaches to feeding that will help build trust between you and your child, strengthening their willingness to try new foods at home.
As we work with your family, we will recommend activities that accommodate your busy schedule. If you only have 5 minutes a day during bath time, we’ll come up with something rapid fire! If you have a little more time to spend, we’ll give you more!
We love thinking of unique things your child loves and incorporating their favorite characters like Daniel Tiger or Bluey into some flashcards!
